1. Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the hhbd platform and all related services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

hhbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms published on the website take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the service after any change means you have accepted the revised Terms.

2. User Eligibility and Age Requirement

All hhbd services are open only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Casino and betting activities are strictly prohibited for minors.
2. You must open an account for yourself personally — accounts cannot be opened on behalf of another person or in the name of an organization.
3. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
4. You must not be located in any area where receiving such services is prohibited under local law.
5. Each person may operate only one account.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

Creating a personal account is required to use hhbd services. You must provide your correct name, a valid mobile number, and other required details at registration. hhbd may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

3.2 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Your password must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. hhbd will not be liable for any loss resulting from a user's own negligence.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

hhbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account if:

• Any provision of these Terms is violated.
• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity is found.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Misuse of bonus benefits occurs.
• The user themselves requests account closure.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on hhbd can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

The name used when making a payment must match the name registered on the account. Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

hhbd reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawing earnings from bonuses requires the relevant wagering conditions to be met.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

hhbd is not responsible for issues arising from a user providing incorrect details for a deposit or withdrawal. Any transaction-related problems can be reported to the support team 24 hours a day via live chat or email.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hhbd offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500 — the wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

Important information about the bonus:

1. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — earnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this amount has been wagered.
2. The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
3. If bonus misuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
4. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently closed.

5.2 Other Promotions

hhbd runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are published on that offer's page. If a promotion's specific terms conflict with the general Terms, the specific terms will apply.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed. However, in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, hhbd may decide to refund the bet or settle it according to the applicable rules.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hhbd reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Deliberately attempting to take advantage of erroneous odds will result in account suspension.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hhbd platform:

• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event from multiple accounts to exploit bonuses.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.

6.3 Result Settlement

hhbd settles betting markets based on official results. In the case of any disputed outcome, hhbd's decision is final.

7. VIP Program and Cashback

The hhbd VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account balance.

VIP tier is determined by a user's overall activity on the platform. VIP benefits may be cancelled if a restriction is violated or an account is suspended.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the hhbd platform — logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and code — is entirely the intellectual property of hhbd. None of these materials may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

Content from third-party game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe — is protected by their respective intellectual property rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

hhbd strives to keep the platform running as smoothly as possible, but is not liable for the following:

1. Loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
2. Account details being leaked due to a user's own negligence.
3. Disruption to third-party services (payment providers, game studios, etc.).
4. Changes to game or bet outcomes due to unexpected technical errors.
5. Consequences of a user breaching local laws applicable in their own country.

Under no circumstances will hhbd's maximum liability exceed the amount of the deposit involved in the relevant dispute.

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
